✅ Eligibility

You are NOT eligible for ANY travel assistance if you:

• Are a Georgia Tech student.
• Attend a university/college within 50 miles from The Klaus Advanced Computing Building at Georgia Tech (266 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30332)
• Submit a travel assistance application past the deadline (August 27th @ 11:59pm EST)

All travel assistance is on a first-come-first-serve basis based on when you confirm your attendance after receiving your acceptance email. Applications for travel assistance will close August 27th @ 11:59pm EST. You will be placed on a waitlist if we reach maximum capacity, and we will reach out through your provided email as spots open up.

You can expect a travel assistance confirmation or waitlist notification within 2 weeks of the travel assistance application deadline (August 27th @ 11:59pm EST).

🚌 Buses

These are the campuses that we have ❗FINALIZED❗ we’re sending buses to:

• University of Florida
• University of Central Florida
• University of South Florida

NOTE: If you originally applied for bus assistance but your school ended up not making it to the finalized bus list, you were automatically equally considered for flight reimbursement.
