📕 Expectations

Congrats on confirming your attendance as a hacker at HackGT 13: Seaside Market! We want to make our event the best possible weekend for you, but we also need your help to make this happen 💜

• Join our HackGT Discord and be respectful within all channels.

• Please remember that all attendees and staff will be expected to adhere to the MLH Code of Conduct

• Hacking will begin following the Opening Ceremonies, at 8 pm in the Klaus Advanced Computing Building.

• The full event schedule (with live details and updates) will be available on our live site, which will be accessible once the event starts.

💼 What to Bring (EVERYONE)

<aside> ❗ REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ATTEND: 1 Govt. ID (license, state ID, passport, etc.) AND 1 student ID—we cannot let you into our event without both of these 2 forms of identification!!!

• Phone, laptop, headphones, & all chargers
• Reusable water bottle

🚀 What to Bring (Friends Traveling from Outside Georgia Tech)

• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
• Deodorant
• 1 towel + 1 pair of shower slippers/flip-flops (shampoo will be provided)
  • Showers will be available throughout the event, details on access can be found on our live site! For any further questions come to our help desk in the Klaus Atrium 🫡
• 1-2 changes of clothes → it can get chilly, bring a jacket or sweater!
• 1 pillow and blanket or sleeping bag; inflatable mattresses are NOT allowed
