✅ Eligibility

You are NOT eligible for ANY travel assistance if you:

• Are a Georgia Tech student.
• Attend a university/college within 50 miles from The Klaus Advanced Computing Building at Georgia Tech (266 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30332)
• Submit a travel assistance application past the deadline (August 16th @ 11:59pm EST [EXTENDED])

All travel assistance is on a first-come-first-serve basis based on application responses and when you confirm your attendance after receiving your acceptance email. You are not guaranteed the full amount of your applied reimbursement. Applications for travel assistance will close August 16th @ 11:59pm EST [EXTENDED]. You will be placed on a waitlist if we reach maximum capacity, and we will reach out through your provided email as spots open up.

You can expect a travel assistance confirmation or waitlist notification within 2 weeks of the travel assistance application deadline (August 16th @ 11:59pm EST [EXTENDED]).

🚌 Buses

Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we will not be sending buses to any universities this year.
